Yellow Jersey, an 18" x 24" acrylic on stretched canvas. As a cubistic abstract it will match any contemporary or modern decor. Inspired by the Tour de France bicycle race this original is highly textured. Featured are a broad range of muted shades of blues, greens, grays, and yellows to give an impression of landscape. Bold, black circles and lines bring bicycle and rider to the foreground. Textured squares in white create head and body with a hint of a face and indication of the yellow jersey. Multitude of color, faint lines and circles put the rider in motion.
